A couple of months ago I filled in a template letter I got from http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/ in order to try and claim back some of those nasty excessive bank charges you hear so many consumer type peeps getting very hot under the collar about currently.
Well this morning I got a letter from my bank agreeing to refund 75% of what I claimed. It feels like a small victory, me getting one over on "the man".
It will pay for the decking I want to put in my back garden so I can lay out there in the summer without a care. That made me smile today.

Well done there fella, I'd personally hold out for the full amount AND the interest accumulated over the years..... thats what most people have done, yes, they attempt to drag it on and on even to the point of going to court, then at the last moment they roll over and offer their nads up on a plate.....
If all else fails I recomment a lage house brick through several branch windows. It wont get ya anywhere but boy does it feel good. ..... dosent it HFC!
